They are tightly bound to the akka-http/http4s libraries, effects (Futures/cats-effect) and streaming libraries (akka-streams/fs2). So while they work great in the context of akka-http/http4s, they are too specific in this context, where the sttp client backend / tapir interpreter can be arbitrary.
